Return and Refund Policy
Our Commitment: At HINDUSTANI HERITAGE, we strive to provide high-quality products that you love. Since all items are made to order, we have a specific return and refund policy in place.
Returns: We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at exploringlife.adventure@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us address the issue promptly.
Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If you would like a different item, please return the original item as per our policy and place a new order.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this period, the order will enter production, and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized items
- Items that have been used or washed
